This website
In Blue is provided by Upstream Outcomes Ltd, the organisation behind Bridgit. The public site explains the service and offers example journeys. The examples run in your browser using prepared content; they do not submit a police report, send a referral or start a live AI conversation.
The website does not load advertising trackers or request microphone access. Our hosting processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. If you email or telephone us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.
Read the Bridgit privacy policy for information about Upstream Outcomes Ltd, your rights and how to contact us. Questions about In Blue can be sent to contact@bridgit.care.
When a local service goes live
Each organisation’s service needs its own clear privacy information, explaining who is responsible, what information is processed, why, where, for how long and how to get help. These details are agreed as part of setup before real conversations are enabled.
Accessibility
We aim for clear language, readable text, strong contrast, keyboard access and layouts that work on smaller screens. The example journeys include written next steps and a printable summary. Character images are decorative unless their description helps explain the page.
This early site has been checked on desktop and mobile. We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. If you find a barrier, email us with the page address and the problem; we can provide the information another way.
Alternative routes
Public guidance should always sit alongside human and non-digital contact options. For emergency services, GOV.UK lists emergency and accessible contact routes.
