A starting point to discuss.

Illustrative monthly figures, excluding VAT. These are planning examples, not packages available to buy. A rollout quote depends on usage, integrations and assurance requirements.

Already have an AI assistant?

Give a service workflow
a home of its own.

Claude and Copilot are capable tools with team, knowledge and governance features. In Blue’s value is the focused setup around a specific service job: approved information, a public-facing receptionist, repeatable testing and visible results.

Choose the tool that fits the job. Your team may keep Copilot or Claude for general work and evaluate In Blue for a service-information front door. We make no claim that In Blue’s underlying model is inherently more accurate or secure.

A few practical questions

Do colleagues need accounts in your Microsoft tenant?

No. People sign in with their own organisation’s Microsoft work accounts. Their organisation manages sign-in and MFA policies. Some tenants require their IT team to approve the app.

Can we use case files or clinical information?

This early trial is for approved public information and fictional examples. Any operational or sensitive-data use needs its own agreed scope, information governance and assurance review.

What happens after seven days?

New AI activity stops when the trial ends. There is no automatic subscription or charge. Contact us to review the pilot and agree next steps; your trial does not silently become a paid package.

How does your Microsoft partnership fit?

Upstream Outcomes Ltd, the team behind In Blue and Bridgit, is a Microsoft Partner. Bridgit is listed on Azure Marketplace. In Blue has its own seven-day trial here; a separate In Blue Marketplace listing is planned. Your organisation can sign in using its own Microsoft work accounts.
