What you are trying
A seven-day service workspace with a limited, shared allowance. The receptionist is available now; other public-service roles are being adapted. No card is required and there is no automatic paid subscription.
Use appropriate information
Use approved public information and fictional scenarios. Keep operational case files, identifiable health data and other sensitive personal information out of this early trial.
Keep a person in charge
AI can give incomplete or incorrect answers. Your team should check information, test the experience and agree local assurance before any wider public deployment. In Blue does not take emergency calls, accept police reports, make clinical or legal decisions or dispatch services.
After the trial
New AI activity stops after seven days. Your saved work is not automatically erased. Contact the In Blue team to review the pilot, ask for deletion or discuss an agreed rollout. Any paid service requires a separate written agreement.
